Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Gold Coast with some work-from-home opportunities. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to maximize revenue. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in market research and strategic planning
  • Proficient in contract negotiation and proposal preparation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the construction and infrastructure sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
