The Role

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician who will identify and resolve complex automotive issues, with the use of advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct thorough inspections and complex diagnostics on a wide range of vehicle makes and models. Diesel, petrol, electric and hybrid.

  • Use the latest diagnostic tools to analyse and troubleshoot faults.

  • Provide accurate and detailed diagnosis with repair solutions whilst overseeing technicians' repairs.

  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with technicians and service team.

  • Stay up to date with emerging automotive technologies and diagnostic techniques.

  • Hit individual KPI's for productivity, efficiency and comeback rate.

About You

You'll have a minimum 4 years' experience as an Automotive Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including diesel diagnostics across a wide variety of brands.

  • Excellent knowledge of automotive systems.  Auto electrical, mechanical and electronic.

  • Proficiency in using modern diagnostic software and equipment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Team first attitude, systems focused and no ego.

  • A current driver's licence.

  • Trade Licence Light Vehicle Automotive

  • Automotive Air Conditioning Licence desirable

  • AASRA Technician, EV/Hybrid and Vehicle Security Professional Licence
