The Role

We're looking for a Service Advisor with parts interpreting skills to be the link between our customers, suppliers, and technicians. This is more than answering phones or taking bookings — it's the role that keeps the workshop moving.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, making sure they feel looked after from the start.

  • Manage bookings, quotes and invoices.

  • Interpreting what the techs need and ordering the right parts.

  • Work with suppliers to get the best deals, keep stock at the right levels and organised.

  • Keep customers updated so they know exactly what's happening with their vehicles.

  • Support technicians by making sure jobs flow smoothly without bottlenecks.

When you nail this, the workshop runs like a dyno tuned engine. The techs trust you, the customers love you, the suppliers respect you. The whole show runs smoother because of you.

About You

You'll have experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Interpreter, in a customer facing role in the automotive industry. You:

  • Speak both "mechanic" and "customer" fluently and can translate between the two.

  • Stay organised, even when it's busy.

  • Are confident with workshop management systems. Thrive on keeping things running smoothly and don't drop the ball when it counts.

  • Value being part of a team that respects you and your role.
