About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team at Central Coast Clutch and Brake in Gosford, NSW. This is a full-time role that will see you play a vital part in keeping vehicles on the road and running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models
  • Carrying out tasks such as Clutch replacements, Comprehensive Brake work, Servicing, Suspension
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients / work colleagues
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications in automotive mechanics, such as a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mechanic, preferably in an automotive repair workshop
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of quality / accuracy
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Reliability and a Good Work ethic
