We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our director and team to bring our brand story to life. This role involves social media content creation, managing our social media platforms, designing and sending EDMs, and assisting in executing our marketing strategy.

Ideally this is a 3-4 day/pw on-site role based in our Berry office, however we can facilitate a fulltime hybrid role for the right candidate.

The Role:

  • Plan, create and publish high-quality social media content across all our social media platforms
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand visibility, follower growth, engagement and ultimately sales revenue
  • Analyse social media performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to optimise strategies
  • Design and manage the creation of EDMs using Klaviyo
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages
  • Maintain our brand consistency and voice across all digital platforms

The Skillset:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the fashion, and/or interior industries
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how to use them effectively for retail business
  • Proficiency with Meta and paid advertising
  • Experienced with EDM platform Klaviyo, and basic design tools Canva and Photoshop
  • Strongly creative copywriting skills with an eye for aesthetics to produce engaging and on brand social media posts
  • Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Photography skills with an eye for capturing refined and brand-aligned visuals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
  • A passion for fashion, interiors and design
