The Role

We are seeking a Claims Administrator and Repair Co Ordinator's on a full-time basis, to join our experienced team.

To be successful, you must exhibit a willingness to learn and have a strong passion for exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable individual with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail.

After training and with on-going support, you will be able to;

  • Organise emergency repairs and organise construction repairs.
  • Complete relevant data entry.
  • Develop new skills and strengths in report writing.
  • Upload integral information to the relevant internal and external systems.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and trade contractors.
  • Be part of a team that collectively work together to achieve our KPI targets, ensure that our quality levels are upheld and maintain an excellent level of customer service.

Criteria

  • Be highly motivated, organised and passionate about building.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
  • Have a high level of computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding time management and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in a similar position or within the insurance industry
  • Willingness to learn
