We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Service Desk Support Officer to join a friendly close-knit team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager you will provide technical support handling complex technical issues requiring in-depth knowledge and expertise as escalated using your exceptional customer service skills.

What you'll be doing?
- Resolve software and hardware issues across Windows environments and tools (e.g. Intune, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, printing, POS, Teams Telephony, video conferencing).
- Manage device patching, mobile device management (MDM), and IT assets.
- Deliver user inductions and training, both in person or remotely
- Support user onboarding/offboarding in Active Directory and Office 365.
- Maintain and update the IT knowledge base for faster issue resolution.
- Recommend improvements to processes and tools to reduce incident volume.
- Assist with procurement, setup, and maintenance of IT equipment (PCs, laptops, mobiles, printers, conferencing tools).
- Help develop and deliver training materials, sessions and workshops tailored to different roles.
- Support communication of IT security policies and updates across the organisation.
What will you bring?
- Tertiary degree in relevant IT areas
- Previous experience in user training, or employee education is preferred.
- Knowledge of IT hardware and its configurations
- IT troubleshooting knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

- Excellent verbal and written communication customer service skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate training programs effectively.
- Ability and flexibility to travel to our other locations as required - with planning and notice.
