About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer / Content Producer to join our growing marketing and creative team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes graphic design, social media, and fashion trends - and knows how to bring a brand's story to life through engaging visuals and content.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to design, edit, and produce high-quality visual assets for our website, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns. You'll also play a key role in creating and editing user-generated and influencer content that aligns with our brand's voice and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

As our Junior Graphic Designer / Content Producer, you'll be part of the team bringing our brand to life online. You'll help create scroll-stopping content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand identity across every channel.

You'll:

  • Assist with social media content creation and user-generated content (UGC) editing across Instagram and TikTok - from planning to publishing.
  • Design and deliver creative assets for digital campaigns, including website banners, paid ads, EDMs, and social posts - ensuring all work is completed on time and meets the brief.
  • Take on and interpret constructive feedback and develop new iterations of design fairly quickly.
  • Produce and edit photo and video content, maintaining a consistent visual story and brand aesthetic.
  • Support the team on photoshoots and content production days, helping to capture behind-the-scenes and campaign imagery.
  • Ensure every piece of creative aligns with brand guidelines, while injecting fresh, trend-relevant ideas to keep our content current and engaging.
  • Keep across fashion, social media, and cultural trends, contributing ideas to campaigns that feel timely and relatable.
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure all creative touchpoints are aligned across platforms.

Skills & Experience

You'll bring a balance of creative flair, technical skill, and a strong sense of brand.

Essential:

  • A keen and intuitive eye for content that appeals to young women - with a natural sense of aesthetics and what's trending, stylish, and relevant across digital platforms.
  • Competent to proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Skilled in using Canva and CapCut for quick content production.
  • Confident with photography and videography, including shooting, editing, lighting, and composition. Using both a mobile phone and professional camera.
  • A solid understanding of brand identity and the ability to adapt quickly to established brand guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Experience or a deep interest in the fashion, lifestyle, or beauty industry.
  • Familiarity with social media best practices and emerging content formats.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and willingness to contribute creative ideas within a dynamic team environment.
