Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) is on a mission to create a better future through faith-filled learning. We're seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Manager, Enterprise Change to drive transformation across our organisation. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for setting and driving BCE's change management portfolio across projects and initiatives—ensuring change is delivered strategically, consistently, and with lasting impact.

  • Work hours: Fulltime | Flexible working arrangements available
  • Status: Permanent (continuing) | Commencing November 2025
  • Salary: $219,150 total package including super and access to a motor vehicle

About the opportunity

In this position you will:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of BCE's enterprise-wide Change Management Framework and Function
  • Ensuring best practice initiatives are used to improve outcomes for current and future projects
  • Oversee planning and execution of change strategies across portfolios, programs, and projects
  • Provide expert advice to executive and senior leaders on change strategy, impact, risk, and organisational readiness
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by embedding best practices and evaluating change effectiveness through data-driven insights
  • Develop enterprise-level change dashboards and reporting mechanisms for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to integrate change initiatives with business processes, workforce planning, and training strategies
  • Represent the Change function in strategic planning forums, contributing to policy development, organisational design, and transformation initiatives

About you

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Actively identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving complex issues effectively.
  • Led teams, managing projects, and overseeing operations, in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams or departments and positively influence outcomes.
  • Being a member of a Senior Leadership Team and providing subject matter expertise to Executive level.
  • Change Management certification (PROSCI or similar).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or previous experience in a similar position (highly regarded).

Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
  • Ability to obtain a National Criminal History check prior to commencement.
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
