Are you ready for your next challenge? We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Engineer to join our team in Perth.

You'll play a vital part in supporting our customers, delivering technical excellence, and driving service success in a growing, dynamic environment.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy variety and travel. You can expect to spend around 80% of your time on the road, supporting customers across Perth, remote mine sites, and interstate locations. Occasional overseas travel may also be required.

Flexibility is key, as on-call and weekend work may occasionally apply, but it also offers a chance to work in diverse environments, solve unique challenges, and make a real impact where it matters most.

What you will bring to the role:

Based in Western Australia, you'll join a national team of 17 Engineers responsible for servicing and supporting XRF, XRD, and SPE instruments across Australia. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Installation, commissioning, and calibration of instruments

• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance

• Diagnosing and repairing instruments during breakdowns

• Providing technical support and solutions to customers

• Maintaining detailed service records and documentation

• Collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure high service standards

About you:

• 5+ years of field service experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

• An Advanced Diploma or higher in Electronics with strong electro-mechanical skills

• Solid IT literacy and the ability to work with various digital tools

• Flexibility to travel at short notice, including remote and interstate locations

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service

• Experience with X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), or neutron analysis (advantageous but not essential)
