Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from inception through to successful completion, ensuring programme, budget, safety, and quality outcomes are achieved
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams effectively
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through proactive communication
  • Drive project planning, risk management, and cost control processes
  • Mentor and develop site staff while maintaining a collaborative and supportive culture
  • Represent the business with professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence

Role Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years' Project Management experience with a proven track record in the commercial construction sector
  • Strong capability managing projects valued $2M–$25M+
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead diverse project teams and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Organised, motivated, and commercially astute with strong client-facing skills
