Our Bundaberg Windows & Doors branch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead our local manufacturing operations.

Your Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading production operations to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of custom window and door orders. Your focus will be on:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:Labour planning, supervision, training, inductions, and enforcing WHS and company procedures
  • Production Oversight: Managing workflows, quality assurance, waste minimisation, machine operation/maintenance, dispatch, and inventory
  • Admin & Scheduling: Managing production schedules, documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and customers to meet deadlines

About You

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing and a passion for people and performance. You'll ideally have:

  • Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • A background in glass, glazing, window fabrication, or a similar trade
  • Training or qualifications in Leadership & Management (highly regarded)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Good computer skills and experience using ERP or manufacturing systems (Oracle preferred)
