Your Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

  • Project time management
  • Budget, Risk and Contract management
  • Quality and Design management
  • Project Administration
  • Management of stakeholders and external consultants and ensuring effect collaboration
  • Ensuring compliance with procedures including WHS
  • Contribute to brand development
  • Preparation and submission of property development plans
  • And more

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in property development or similar
  • 5+ years' experience managing the delivery of medium to large scale residential built form developments, from initiation to completion
  • Knowledge of residential building approvals and construction processes
  • Understanding of sustainable construction design principles
  • Commercial acumen and strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Aconex
  • Full working rights
