REDCLEAN is a leading high-quality Commercial Cleaning company that has proudly serviced the Greater Sydney Region for over 29 years, and now we're on the lookout for a mature and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team Part-time.

About the Role
  • Based in Coogee, Sydney NSW

  • Part-time position with flexible hours on a rotating roster - Monday to Sunday

  • Responsible for overseeing the team, ensuring all cleaning items/ duties are performed with precision, completed on time and meet our required standards

  • Monitor and maintain replenishment levels on-site - hygiene + cleaning supplies
  • Safely and effectively operate all/ any equipment and machinery (Training provided)
  • Ensure proper and safe maintenance, usage and storage of all cleaning chemicals, equipment and machinery
  • Promptly notify and report to the Operations Manager of any Client/ Customer feedback, ordering hygiene/cleaning supplies and replenishments, changes to on-site requirements/ schedule, concerns or issues and any additional duties/requests
  • Strictly follow on-site cleaning checklists and safety procedures, in accordance with Redclean guidelines and policy
  • Refer and adhere to all Redclean WHS policies and procedure manuals

You'll be reporting directly to the Operations Manager daily, overseeing the site by always ensuring our high standards of cleaning and customer service are met and maintained across the board. This opportunity would suit someone looking for stable yet flexible hours, lives locally and is physically fit - this is a hands-on role.

Who We're Looking For
  • 6 months to 1 year - Experience in commercial cleaning (minimum)
  • Well-spoken English (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and very detail-orientated
  • Flexibility and availability - AM shifts, Weekend and Public holidays
  • Punctual, diligent and responsible- you take pride in the work you do
  • Must have full rights to work in Australia
