About Us:

We are a growing IT asset management and e-waste solutions business expanding into online sales. We're looking for a motivated individual with e-commerce and digital marketing experience, who is also open to learning hands-on IT hardware processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and manage an e-commerce store (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
  • Develop and run digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage product listings, SEO optimization, and online customer engagement.
  • Test and report on IT equipment (desktops, laptops, servers).
  • Reinstall Windows, perform basic setups, and prepare IT equipment for resale.
  • Assist with product documentation and asset reporting.

Requirements:

  • E-commerce & Marketing: Prior knowledge and proven experience required.
  • IT Hardware: No prior experience needed — full training will be provided.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, both digital and hands-on.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of independent work.

Preferred Skills (not essential):

  • Experience with SEO tools, online advertising, and analytics.
  • Interest in IT hardware and technology.
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Windows PCs.
