Commercial Assistant

To provide Commercial and Administrative support to the Commercial Team within the Australian Liquor Marketers business unit.

**What you’ll do**:
Manage Volumetric Rebate administration (SVR’s)

Liaisewith customers and suppliers including query resolution

Assist with tasks relating to Liquor strategic initiatives (IBP & E-Commerce)

Raise claims/invoices to suppliers

Manage administration relating to customer loans

Prepare various monthly accruals and reporting tasks during month end

Prepare Quarterly rebate data for customers

Support the Commercial Manager and team where required.

What you’ll bring

Strong communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Microsoft D365 experience would be highly advantageous
