About the role

Soundview is seeking a talented AV Project Coordinator / Delivery Lead to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the delivery of complex audiovisual projects for our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Establish and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure successful and timely delivery of AV projects
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of project implementation
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
  • Manage the procurement and logistics of AV equipment and resources to support project execution
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to translate client requirements into actionable project plans
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and client communications

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar AV project coordinator or delivery lead role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end delivery of complex audiovisual projects
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems and technologies, including audio, video, and control systems
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to create and manage detailed project plans and schedules
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Familiarity with industry-standard project management software and tools
