About the role

Join the team at Triple X Stainless Steel as a Draftsperson. This full-time role is based in Penrith, NSW and will see you play a key part in the engineering and design of our industry-leading steel products.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare detailed workshop drawings using CAD software
  • Collaborate with the team to interpret design specifications and requirements
  • Ensure all drawings and designs adhere to relevant industry standards and best practices
  • Support the production team by providing technical advice and clarification on design details
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design and drafting processes

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Sheet metal Drafting or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience as a Draftsperson, ideally within the manufacturing or sector
  • Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to precise specifications
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret design requirements
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with the broader engineering team
