The Role

As a Draftsperson, you will be an essential link between our designers and the final project documentation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating High-Quality Drawings: Producing detailed and accurate drawings for Landscape Plans, Tree Protection Plans, and other arboricultural and landscape documentation.
  • Collaborating with Experts: Working closely with our Landscape Architects and Arborists to translate concepts and site data into clear, concise plans.
  • Managing Project Documentation: Maintaining and organising project files to ensure a seamless workflow and project delivery.
  • Assisting with On-Site Information: Potentially assisting with basic site measurements and data collection to support drawing accuracy.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Verifying that all drawings meet project specifications, council requirements, and industry standards.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Experienced in producing detailed drawings, preferably within the landscape, architecture, or civil engineering sectors.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A strong communicator who can work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the Landscape Architecture and Arboriculture fields.
  • Familiarity with GIS software (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS) is a plus.
