Consulting opportunity to provide technology procurement and commercial management expertise for a client divestment program.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, legal, technology and suppliers, you will manage the transition of shared technology contracts, including the novation and establishment of new agreements for both entities and the continuity of services.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Review shared technology contracts.
  • Manage novation, assignment, and consent processes with third-party suppliers.
  • Stand up new agreements for entities as required.
  • Ensure alignment with TSA (Transition Services Agreement) timelines
  • Act as the primary commercial interface with key technology vendors.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service levels for new or amended agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and data privacy regulations
  • Your experience
  • Proven experience in technology procurement and commercial management, ideally within a divestment, separation or M&A context.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, particularly around novation, assignment, and consent
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex supplier negotiations and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience working with enterprise IT contracts (e.g., SaaS, infrastructure, licensing, managed services)
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
