About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Technology Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of technology solutions across our global supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of scalable, secure technology solutions that drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and business value.

Reporting directly to the Director, Solutions Delivery – Supply Chain, you will lead delivery teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment between business needs and technology capabilities. Facing into the Procurement and Quality and Regulatory Affairs functions.

Let's talk about the role:

End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain technology initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Technology Leadership: Ensure technology delivery meets quality, performance, and security standards and adheres to architectural standards. Promote the adoption of reusable components, consistent patterns and delivery discipline across teams.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders, product owners, manage external partners and GTS, teams to understand requirements, define roadmaps, to deliver key strategic initiatives.

Program & Project Management: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies within the Supply Chain delivery stream. For complex, cross-functional programs, partner with a Technical Program Manager to ensure integrated execution and streamlined governance.

Solution Integration: Ensure solutions are delivered in accordance with enterprise integration standards and platform strategies.

Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution to maintain delivery momentum.

Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including internal staff, vendors, and consultants, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Governance & Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and value delivery.

Let's talk about you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within supply chain or quality enterprise systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, global supply chain solutions (e.g., ERP, Procurement capabilities, Quality and Regulatory systems enablement.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile, SAFe, and/or traditional project management methodologies.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Procurement, Quality and Regulatory technologies and capabilities.
  • Experience ERP systems in Medical Devices, FMCG, pharmaceutical or industrial sector.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
