About the Role:
As a Client Services Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing expert support on a range of investment products. You'll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
NB – this is a maternity leave contract for a period of 14 months. We are open to candidates seeking part-time/compressed hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries and account servicing
- Provide expert knowledge and support on Superannuation and Investment holdings.
- Onboard new clients and facilitate account setup and documentation
- Collaborate with the advice team and client support officers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage the administration of existing client annual reviews and meeting ensuring service and compliance obligations are met and exceeded.
- Track client activity and feedback to improve service standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience in client servicing preferably within financial services or investment management. You will also have a strong understanding of investment products (Superannuation, Centrelink, Investments and Personal Insurances, etc.)
- You are happy to undertake a 14 month contract
- Tertiary qualifications in financial planning are desirable
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Xplan and financial platforms
