About the role

Premier Estate Agents are seeking a talented Client Service Specialist to join their team in Newcastle, NSW on a contract basis. As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic real estate environment, with a focus on ensuring seamless client experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing responsive and attentive customer service to clients, both in-person and via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Handling client inquiries, booking appointments, and managing client information in our database
  3. Coordinating property viewings and open inspections, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients
  4. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of your work

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or telemarketing role, preferably within the real estate industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a warm and professional manner
  3. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  4. Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite and client relationship management (CRM) systems
  5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
  6. A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work well in a team environment
