Technical Support / Desktop Support Engineer - Level 2/3

Contract : 6 months - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced
L2/L3 Technical Support Engineer
to deliver advanced IT support across hardware, software, and networking in a corporate environment. You will handle complex technical issues, maintain end-user systems, and provide high-quality customer service both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Troubleshooting
  2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for corporate end-users.
  3. Hardware Support
  4. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  5. Software Support
  6. Assist with software installation, upgrades, and operating system troubleshooting.
  7. User Assistance
  8. Provide guidance and training to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote tools, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service.
  9. Manage user accounts and permissions in
    Active Directory / Azure AD
    .
  10. Support and administer
    Microsoft 365
    applications, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
  11. Deploy and maintain devices using
    SCCM, Intune
    , and endpoint security tools.
  12. Document solutions and contribute to process and knowledge base improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven L2/L3 technical or desktop support experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Windows 10/11, macOS
    , and mobile device support.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365
    , SCCM, Intune.
  • Understanding of
    network fundamentals
    (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Desirable

  • Industry certifications such as
    Microsoft, CompTIA, or ITIL
    .
  • Experience with hardware refreshes, migrations, or other IT projects.
