We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Salesperson to join the sales team at our national Head Office in Belmont, Western Australia.

The successful applicant will play an important role working with our Perth sales team and the WA State Sales Manager to coordinate and process orders for our established client base, develop new customer relationships and explore new product and market opportunities.

Duties Include:

  • Managing and processing customer orders, quotations and enquiries
  • Providing product support and advising customers on product solutions
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
  • Assisting with office tasks, documentation and housekeeping
  • Pursuing new product, customer and market opportunities to drive sales growth and company success

The successful applicant will:

  • Be self motivated, enthusiastic and have a strong desire to succeed in this team role and expand their horizons in the future
  • Perform well under pressure and possess the ability to manage multiple orders, customers and priorities
  • Have great communication skills including excellent proficiency in English language speaking, reading and writing
  • Have good telephone, email and computer skills
  • Use initiative and teamwork to overcome daily challenges
  • Contribute to our friendly and professional team culture and long term company success
  • Hold permanent resident status or Australian citizenship with full working rights

Applicants with experience in the Fasteners or Engineering Supplies industries will receive favourable consideration. However, if you are motivated by a challenge and enjoy building relationships with customers, a lack of fasteners experience should not discourage you from applying for this position as training will be provided on the job.
