**Austain Fasteners Pty Ltd is the largest privately owned Stainless Steel Fastener specialist in Australia, providing a trusted and vital service supplying bolts, nuts and screws to a diverse range of clients, market leaders and projects across Australia.**

We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated **Internal** **Sales Person **with accomplished sales skills and a track record of providing excellent customer service to join the sales team at our national Head Office in Belmont, Western Australia.

The successful applicant will play an important role working with our sales team and the State Sales Manager to coordinate and process orders for our and loyal WA customer base, attract new customers and explore new product and market opportunities.

**Duties Include**:

- Managing and processing customer orders, quotations and inquiries
- Providing product support and advising customers on product solutions
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
- Assisting with office tasks, documentation and housekeeping
- Pursuing new product, customer and market opportunities to drive branch growth and company success

- Perform well under pressure and possess the ability to manage multiple orders, customers and priorities
- Have great communication skills including excellent proficiency in English language speaking, reading and writing
- Use initiative and teamwork to overcome daily challenges
