NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure - Weldlok is a proud Australian privately owned Manufacture, serving the infrastructure, mining, industrial, civil and fabrication industries. Weldlok has over 60 years of industry experience specialising in the design and supply of high quality, durable grating, industrial and modular handrail, steel flooring, FRP flooring, and drainage grates and covers.

**Our Opportunity**

Weldlok are searching for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to support the development of new business and introduction of new products. The position is a full-time opportunity, based in Belmont, WA. Other daily duties will also include:

- Prepare quotes and drive the conversion to sales orders and revenue.
- Providing customers with insights into market dynamics, trends and competitor activities.
- Ensuring customers understand the full Weldlok product and service offering, and recommending product solutions where possible.
- Maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders, including partnering closely with internal department heads.

**The Right Person**

Ideally, this role is suited to an Internal Sales Representative with experience in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment, who previous experience in a trade, engineering or estimating position.
- Engineering Degree or Trade qualifications would be highly regarded, but not necessary.
- 2+ years’ experience within a customer service or internal sales position.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings is essential. Exposure to CAD would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in an estimating position also highly regarded, but not necessary.
