Ramsgate RSL is located only two minutes from Ramsgate Beach and is a popular dining and entertainment precinct for its local community.

We are looking for a hospitality professionals to join our team at Ramsgate RSL as a Club Attendants (bar and Gaming)

The Role:

As a Club Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to our members and guests. We will equip you with all the necessary training and support to succeed in your role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving drinks and food from the bar
  • Setting up and closing down bars for trade
  • Ensuring the venue is kept clean and inviting at all times
  • Responding to and resolving gaming machine service calls
  • Troubleshooting basic gaming machine issues
  • Operating TAB and Keno terminals
  • Upholding and adhering to the venue's Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) policies
  • Performing other reasonable duties as directed by your Manager

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates exceptional grooming and personal presentation
  • Is a team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility during shifts
  • Has the flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and late shifts (we have staff on-site from 9.30 AM to 4.30 AM)
  • Holds a current RSA and RCG certificate (or is willing to obtain them prior to starting)
  • Has current working rights in Australia
