Campbelltown Catholic Club is seeking passionate and customer-focused Gaming Attendants to join our professional team. As one of the leading hospitality venues in the region, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our members and guests.

About the Role

As a Gaming Attendant, you'll play a key role in providing a positive and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. This hands-on position involves customer service, maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.

- Assisting members and guests with gaming-related enquiries.

- Promoting and upholding responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and responsible conduct of gambling (RCG).

- Handling cash and transactions with accuracy.

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment.

- Supporting team members and contributing to the overall success of the venue.

About You

- Current RSA & RCG competency cards (essential).

- Previous experience in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

- A team player with strong attention to detail.

- Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
