The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Information Communications Technology & Digital Services to lead the Enterprise Services team and shape the strategic direction and operations of digital and ICT systems across a large and complex service environment.
In this role, you'll oversee the design, delivery, and optimisation of ICT projects and service programs that align with organisational priorities. You'll apply critical thinking and strong change management skills to drive continual performance improvements, deliver measurable results, and foster innovation across the business.
As a senior leader, you will champion a collaborative, high-performing team culture; role-modelling professionalism and aligning your team with the organisation's values and strategic direction. With proven expertise in financial and people leadership, you'll oversee operational delivery while partnering with senior executives and stakeholders to shape and implement IT strategies. Your ability to communicate complex matters with clarity and influence will be key to maintaining strong business relationships and driving impactful outcomes.
