As Associate Director Culture and Employee Experience you will drive innovative programs and strategies that grow, engage and retain the leaders of today and tomorrow. Crown Clerk 11/12, starting salary from $149,739 - $173,174 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you'll be doing

As Associate Director, Culture and Employee Experience, you will:

  • Lead and deliver Culture and Employee Experience programs and initiatives across NSW Health.
  • Partner with executives and stakeholders to provide advice on workforce policy and culture and staff experience strategy.
  • Oversee a small team, setting clear priorities and driving performance.
  • Research, analyse and evaluate workforce trends to inform policy and program design.
  • Prepare high-quality briefings, reports and recommendations for senior leaders.
