As we expand our Australian operations, we are seeking an experienced public affairs professional to join our growing Sydney team. This role is ideal for someone with deep government, policy, or communications experience who is looking to apply their expertise in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Responsibilities of Our Consultants:

• Lead client accounts and deliver strategic government relations and communications advice across multiple sectors.
• Develop and execute advocacy campaigns, stakeholder engagement strategies, and issues management plans.
• Provide trusted counsel to senior executives, boards, and political leaders on policy, regulatory, and reputational issues.
• Drive integrated communications strategies that combine media, government, and community engagement.
• Manage projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
• Contribute to Crestview's growth by identifying new business opportunities and supporting thought leadership initiatives.

Our Ideal New Team Member:

• 5–10+ years of experience across government, corporate, agency, or not-for-profit sectors.
• Proven track record advising senior leaders on policy, communications, and reputational risk.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver integrated campaigns that achieve client or policy outcomes.
• Strong political acumen and networks, with an understanding of Australia's federal and state political landscape.
• Exceptional writing, analysis, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear and compelling messages.
• Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
