Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and secure new sales opportunities through strategic networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Account Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and sales.
- Proposal & Tender Management: Prepare and present competitive proposals and tenders for corporate and government fleet contracts.
- Market Insight: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer is met with exceptional service throughout the entire sales process.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including the marketing and fleet management teams, to drive campaigns and improve fleet sales.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Proven experience in fleet and corporate sales within the automotive industry (3-5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, fleet management, and financing options.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in preparing proposals, tenders, and negotiating contracts.
