About the role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to help us review, maintain, and improve the systems and processes that support Lumina's operations. This newly created position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple platforms, improving workflows, and ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently. You'll play a key role in supporting the business to get the best out of the tools we already have, while contributing ideas for future improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Lumina's core business systems and applications (e.g. FYI Docs, Xero Practice Manager, ApprovalMax, Adobe Sign, Expensify, Syft Analytics, Mailchimp).
  • Review and refine system processes to improve efficiency, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Assist with the implementation of new features, integrations, and process enhancements.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including system maps, procedures, and training materials.
  • Support internal stakeholders with troubleshooting, data management, and user training.
  • Ensure business systems comply with relevant security, privacy, and data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head of IT and department leads to align systems with business goals.

About you
