Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Groupis a family-owned aged care provider operating 39 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA, ACT and NSW. We are currently seeking a compassionate individual Support Worker to join our Tuia Home Care team on a part-time basis.

About the role

Reporting to our Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing domestic support, ensuring a clean and safe living environment, assisting with meal preparation, and engaging in meaningful interactions that brighten their days

What you'll bring

Before you can be considered for this role, we'll need make sure you possess the following:

  • Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Influenza vaccination
  • Own a vehicle and full driver's licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
