An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team. This role will be based at the back counter supporting our busy Service workshop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting the Parts needs of the Service workshop, providing exceptional customer experience in selling and supplying Toyota parts.

This is a full-time permanent role.

Job Description

How you will make an impact:

  • Supporting the Service workshop with enquiries and orders from the back counter
  • Preparing invoices for the sale of stock, and receiving and processing monies when required
  • Ensuring accurate records of orders are kept and filed according to departmental procedures
  • Supporting the warehouse team in achieving the dispatch of parts orders accurately and on time
  • Maintaining strong parts technical knowledge and remaining proactive in developing new business
Desired Skills and Experience

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry
  • Parts experience preferred
  • Current Australian driver's license
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • TUNE experience desirable
