What you'll be doing?
  • Design Excellence: Engineer and document cutting-edge HVAC systems for high-end homes, pushing the boundaries of comfort and efficiency.
  • Project Leadership: Spearhead the design and quoting process using industry-leading software, ensuring precision and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with architects, builders, and clients to seamlessly integrate HVAC systems with architectural vision.
  • Commercial Acumen: Manage margin analysis, sales forecasting, and project viability to drive business success.
  • Operational Synergy: Coordinate smooth transitions from design to implementation, ensuring project continuity.
  • Innovation Champion: Explore and implement new technologies while refining internal processes for optimal performance.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor in the luxury residential sector.
Who are they looking for?
  • HVAC Expertise: Bring 3+ years of experience in HVAC design, estimating, or engineering to elevate our projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness to drive project success.
  • Communication Skills: Confidently engage with clients and industry professionals, articulating complex ideas with clarity.
  • Software Savvy: Experience with Simpro, Wrightsoft, or Plandroid is highly valued to streamline our design processes.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with VRV/VRF & Airsmart Indoor Environment Systems will be a significant advantage.
  • Detail-Oriented Team Player: Thrive in a supportive, high-performance environment where precision and collaboration are key.
