What You'll Do:

• Learn how to prepare cost estimates and material take-offs

• Review building plans and blueprints (we'll train you)

• Assist with quoting projects alongside our experienced team

• Use software tools to enter data and prepare proposals

• Help the team keep jobs organised and running smoothly

Who We're Looking For:

• School leaver, recent graduate, or someone wanting to start in construction

• Confident with maths, detail-focused, and curious to learn

• Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Word and Excel

• Good communication and a positive attitude

• No prior experience required – we'll provide full training

(This role is not suited to qualified engineers or senior estimators – it's designed for entry-level applicants who want to grow with us.)

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 + super (based on experience)
