The opportunity

We're looking for a Manager- Enterprise Compliance who thrives on building strong partnerships, solving complex challenges, and championing a culture of integrity and accountability across the business. Some Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with non-investment business units to implement our risk and compliance strategy.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager of Compliance to lead and enhance the Hostplus Compliance Framework and associated Compliance Plans.
- Coordinate compliance obligations, controls, and attestations to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Promote a compliance-first culture through training, education, and awareness initiatives.
- Provide practical compliance advice on projects, system changes, and regulatory obligations.
- Support the implementation of legislative and regulatory changes across the business.
- Investigate and document breaches, prepare Breach Assessment Reports, and advise senior leaders.
- Assist in preparing Board and Committee reports, privacy impact assessments, and policy reviews.
About you
- 7+ years' experience in compliance or audit management within financial services (superannuation experience highly regarded).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, or Law (desirable).
- RG146 compliant (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence and educate across all levels.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for simplifying complexity and driving continuous improvement.
