About the role

Join our Risk team as an Enterprise Compliance Officer, supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance frameworks, systems, and processes. You'll play a key role in cataloguing obligations, managing compliance reporting, and partnering with stakeholders to embed effective compliance practices across the organisation.

What you'll do

  • Administer and enhance enterprise compliance frameworks, systems, and processes
  • Identify, assess, and catalogue compliance obligations and map them to controls and responsible persons
  • Serve as the system administrator for Enterprise Compliance Management System
  • Produce accurate, high-quality compliance reports for senior leaders
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on compliance tools and processes
  • Contribute to the delivery of compliance projects and initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a practical manner
  • Strong analytical capability and the agility to navigate complex issues.
  • Operate with precision and personal accountability, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and integrity in all deliverables.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance, risk, governance, or related roles
  • Technologically adept with experience in enterprise compliance systems and tools
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline

This role is best suited to someone with intellectual agility to navigate complex issues, the foresight to anticipate downstream impacts, and the precision, accountability and reliability to deliver accurate, fit‑for‑purpose compliance outcomes.
