Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Solution / Enterprise Architect
with deep
ServiceNow
expertise to support a major digital transformation program. This role will be responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end architecture designs, driving alignment between technology strategy and business outcomes, and leveraging ServiceNow as an enterprise workflow and process automation platform beyond traditional ITSM use cases.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical delivery skills, capable of influencing at the executive level while providing architectural assurance and governance across complex environments.

    Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present comprehensive
    architecture packs
    and design artefacts to senior stakeholders and governance forums
  • Design and implement
    ServiceNow-based solutions
    that enable enterprise-wide process automation and digital workflow transformation
  • Align technology solutions with enterprise strategies, roadmaps, and operating models
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify, design, and deliver improvements across HR, Finance, Asset, and Operations functions
  • Ensure architecture consistency, scalability, and compliance with organisational and government ICT standards
  • Provide technical assurance, governance, and architectural oversight across delivery streams
  • Manage vendor relationships and influence architectural decisions to ensure business and technical alignment
  • Support enterprise planning activities and contribute to the broader technology strategy

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    10+ years of experience
    in
    Solution or Enterprise Architecture
    roles
  • Proven hands-on expertise in
    ServiceNow architecture and platform design
    , particularly in workflow automation beyond ticketing and ITSM
  • Strong background in
    integration architecture
    ,
    data flow design
    , and
    enterprise platform enablement
  • Demonstrated ability to produce, present, and defend architectural documentation at Director or Executive levels
  • Experience working in large or highly regulated environments (government or enterprise)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology domains
  • Knowledge of
    TOGAF
    ,
    ITIL
    , and enterprise architecture frameworks (preferred)
  • ServiceNow certifications
    (e.g. CTA, CIS, CSA) and/or
    TOGAF certification
    (advantageous)

Preferred Background

  • Experience delivering enterprise architecture solutions across large-scale transformation or digital enablement programs
  • Consulting or multi-vendor program delivery experience, with a strong understanding of governance and stakeholder management
  • Ability to combine
    strategic leadership
    with
    hands-on delivery
    to ensure business-aligned architectural outcomes
