What you'll be doing?
  • Drive sales growth: Establish contact with existing customers, identify new opportunities through cold calling and referrals, and follow up on potential leads to expand InKorr's service business.
  • Provide tailored solutions: Determine customer needs and propose appropriate product and service solutions, including writing detailed quotations.
  • Manage customer relationships: Implement a structured calling program to proactively manage your customer base, maximizing repeat business and preventing client loss.
  • Stay industry-savvy: Keep abreast of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
  • Represent InKorr: Attend relevant industry trade events to generate new leads, maintain client relationships, and promote the company's product range.
  • Collaborate with leadership: Participate in monthly meetings with the Director/Operations Manager to review sales activities, progress, and customer status.
  • Technical expertise: Size and model various types of heat exchangers, check mechanical designs, and manage regulatory work for pressure equipment.
  • Project management: Oversee selected contracts and provide hands-on support for mechanical repair work when needed.
