Project: Multi-Storey Aged Care Living Development

We are seeking an experienced
Contract Administrator
to join our team on a
6-month contract
for a high-quality
multi-storey aged care living project
in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Australia's most respected builders, known for delivering complex and technically demanding projects across health, aged care, education, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer head contract and subcontract documentation, variations, and progress claims
  • Assist the Project Manager with budget tracking, procurement, and reporting
  • Prepare and review subcontractor scopes, packages, and tender evaluations
  • Maintain accurate cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Liaise with site, design, and client teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry (minimum 3-5 years)
  • Exposure to aged care, health, or other institutional multi-storey projects preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with sound commercial and contractual understanding
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with industry software (e.g. Cheops, Jobpac, or similar)
