The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager in Southern Brisbane to collaborate with our in-house team of engineers, architects, and project managers in delivering high-quality projects across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Daily co-ordination & monitoring of sub-contractors & suppliers
  • Safety hazard identification and management
  • Application of the provided documentation and specifications
  • Implementation and monitoring of the project construction schedule
  • Communication with the construction, design and safety teams
  • Implementation of Multi Span Australia systems through the use of Procore Project Management Software

What You Bring:

  • Trade qualification in the construction industry
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • A working knowledge and application of construction standards and practices
  • Strong leadership in the management of the environment and safety at work
  • Effective and confident communication with all parties both verbally and written
  • A willingness and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • A good eye for detail and quality finishes
  • Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence
  • Competent computer skills
