Join one of Australia's leading family-owned home builders in a key leadership role overseeing medium-density and multi-residential construction sites. You'll manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met — with the support of a collaborative, solutions-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site operations across multiple builds, coordinating trades, suppliers, and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
  • Maintain site presentation, safety, and public access areas
  • Use ClickHome to manage documentation, forecasting, and progress tracking
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager and fellow Site Managers to resolve challenges and share insights

About You

  • Proven experience in residential or medium-density construction
  • Strong understanding of site supervision, safety regulations, and building codes
  • Organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable using construction software (ClickHome preferred)
  • Current driver's licence and relevant building qualifications
