What's the role?
In this fast-paced and hands-on function, you'll lead the design and implementation of divisional strategy, processes, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
The role supports the DDAI (Digital, Data & AI) COO in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, driving the DDAI operating rhythm, implementing Westpac's Ways of Working, and embedding scaled Agile practices within simplified governance frameworks. \
Additionally, the role involves managing key metrics, reporting, and KPIs to provide insights, ensure accountability, and enhance automation and efficiency across divisional performance.
What do I need?
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience working in strategy/operations management as gained in a large-scale corporate arena.
- Deep experience in strategy implementation, problem solving, analytical, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts.
- Experience in working & implementing scaled Agile, with excellent organisation, flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities and competing demands.
- Exceptional people and leadership experience and a proven track record in influencing senior stakeholders.
- Advanced stakeholder management with highly developed negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
