  • Establish and manage an integration steering committee.
  • Provide transparent reporting and progress updates across governance structures.

About You

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives in a private equity or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of M&A execution and investment hypothesis delivery.
  • Experience integrating smaller acquisitions into large, global organisations.
  • Knowledge of tech-enabled professional services or fund administration / alternative investment management industries is highly desirable.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and change management.
  • Confident working in fast-paced, complex environments with minimal structure.

Technical Skills

  • Strategic integration planning and execution across core business functions.
  • Familiarity with technology stack integration (CRM, ERP, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
  • Excellent reporting and governance management capabilities.
