**YOUR ROLE**

Join IAG’s Finance division as you step into this newly created Executive Manager-level role in Merger & Acquisitions (M&A).

This will see you identify, evaluate, and execute new M&A opportunities that will deliver our strategy including optimising our portfolio of assets, businesses, and investments.

You will support the EGM Strategy to make recommendations to our CFO regarding all M&A activity and contribute to the ongoing refinement as well as end-to-end management of the internal and external processes for execution.

Contribute to the ongoing refinement of strong internal M&A processes and skills by recommending changes to standardised templates for IAG’s M&A processes including: Business Case, Valuation, Negotiation, Resourcing, Due Diligence, Integration, Governance, and Reporting.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 5 + years’ experience managing and executing a pipeline of successful M&A opportunities working with Divisions and Group Functions to support the delivery of the Corporate Strategy
- Strong financial acumen and solid understanding of corporate finance
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in (Finance, Mathematics or Engineering discipline preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability in managing complexity, ambiguity and responding to change.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.
