Eden Exchange is a high-growth international business marketplace helping businesses buy, sell, and

raise capital through targeted lead generation campaigns. With offices in Australia, Singapore, and

New Zealand, we support a wide range of clients—franchises, private sellers, and capital raise

ventures.

We're looking for a Junior Digital Account Manager with at least 1 year of marketing or agency

experience to join our team in Melbourne. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients

and executing digital marketing campaigns that deliver qualified leads. Open to part time, contract

and full time applicants

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and support digital lead generation campaigns (email, social, content listings,
  • advertising)
  • Own day-to-day client communications, updates, and performance check-ins
  • Speak with buyer and seller leads and be their first guide through the business buying
  • and selling process
  • Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to optimise for results
  • Deliver reports and insights to clients, focusing on lead quality and campaign ROI
  • Collaborate with senior account managers on strategy, upsells, and renewals

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital account management, or a similar client-facing
  • role
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution
  • A confident communicator who's great with clients and detail-oriented with follow-ups
  • Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and competing priorities
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, commercially driven environment
  • Familiarity with tools like or other project management platforms
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
