Now, we're looking for a **Junior Digital Account Manager** to join our team and play a key role in building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring campaign success. You will be working on campaigns that reach thousands of people every day and you will be challenged to think outside the box

**What You’ll Do**

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Serve as the main point of contact, handling inquiries, and requests, and ensuring smooth communication.
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.

**Strategic Alignment**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives.
- Ensure marketing plans align with client needs and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

**Revenue Growth & Business Development**:

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and renew client contracts.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to secure new opportunities.

**What You’ll Need**
- A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—always thinking ahead.
- Confidence in navigating challenges and ensuring smooth communication.

**Key Requirements**
- Experience in account management, preferably in digital marketing.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Pay: $50,061.92 - $70,184.67 per year
